SUMMER CAMP
Summer Camp registration has been very successful this year. Nature and Adventure camps are full.
Every year, CLA holds three summer camps for kids, aged 5-10. The Camps are held at Sand Bay County Park, Charleston Lake, from 9am to 4pm.
The cost is $100 per camp. Payment can be made by e-transfer to: info@charlestonlakeassociation.ca. Please include child’s name and camp chosen in message.
Nature Camp – full
July 6-10
Incorporates games, crafts and water activities with an emphasis on the environment and outdoors.
Adventure Camp
July 13-17
Concentrates on activities which allow children to explore and experience outdoor adventure.
Sports Camp
July 20-24
Emphasizes land and water sports to develop fitness and fun.
Cancellation due to Weather: due to location, and lack of indoor space, our camps are somewhat weather dependent. When registering, Please provide a number at which we can text you on any days when camp may be delayed or cancelled. We will only cancel when absolutely necessary, but our decision will be based on available weather information early each day.
DOUG HALE MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
Reserve your calendars for Saturday August 8th, 2026!
CLEA holds an annual fundraising golf tournament in memory of Doug Hale, who was instrumental in establishing the Charleston Lake Environmental Association and the Charleston Lake Management Plan The golf tournament will be held at Cedar Valley Golf Course. It is a shotgun start at 9:00 am followed by socialization with your neighbors and lunch (registration starts at 8:00 am).
So get your 4-person teams together and register below. You don’t have to be a golfer, as it is a 4-person scramble. Also, if you or a family member wants to come for lunch only, you can also register below.
The cost for adult golf and lunch is $75 and $37 if you are a Cedar Valley Member or only coming for lunch. Please note that cart rentals must be done at the club house the day of registration.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The AGM will be held on July 25th 2026 at 9:30 at Holy Trinity Church on Oak Leaf Road.
